Today is a big day for the Esna team. After 26 years, we embark on a new phase of our journey. We’re excited to become part of the Avaya family, as announced earlier today.
Esna’s mission has always been to deliver solutions that enable people to easily and effectively connect, communicate and collaborate with one another. As we come together with Avaya and unite our distinct capabilities, we will develop and offer products that transform the way work gets done. Esna will continue as Esna, an Avaya company, and will remain committed to developing innovative solutions that interoperate with multiple communications platforms, including Cisco and others, as well as with the cloud-based applications that businesses use every day.
This acquisition makes so much sense for both companies. Avaya is a powerhouse in business collaboration and communications solutions and has the largest installed base of customers in the market today. Esna has been an Avaya DevConnect Technology Partner for more than 10 years and that partnership has resulted in a number of high-value solutions that seamlessly connect Avaya voice and mobile networks with cloud-based business solutions such as Google™ for Work, Salesforce.com®, Microsoft® Office 365 and Jive Software.
Our commitment to serving our customers and partners does not change, and with greater resources and remarkable experts on the Avaya team, I anticipate even more innovation and opportunity ahead.
For more on our vision for Esna’s future, you can check out this short video that Avaya’s Gary Barnett, SVP for Engagement Solutions, and I created to share our thoughts about the deal.
It’s important to note that your Esna account and support teams will continue to deliver the responsive service that you have come to expect from us. If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to contact your account manager.
We hope you are as excited as we are about the news and the huge opportunity we have as part of Avaya to deliver the market-leading communication and collaboration solutions you need.
